Privacy Policy

IWDA endorses the National Privacy Principles as part of our operating principles, and will ensure that any personal data held about you is as correct as possible.

We hold information about you if you have indicated that you have an interest in our organisation as a donor, a prospective supporter or as a volunteer. The type of information that we collect includes names, addresses, emails and financial information supplied to us by you, and is only retained where it will assist in achieving our mission and keeping you, as our supporter or volunteer, informed of our activity.

We will offer you regular opportunities to correct your information and you may, at any time, contact us to gain access to any data we hold about you (subject to identification). We will not use data held about you, such as a mailing address, for any purpose other than what you have indicated, and we will not share or sell your details to any third party.
