Symposium on the Harmonisation of Gender Indicators PhotoThe Symposium on the Harmonisation of Gender Indicators brought together 90 participants from diverse institutions including NGOs, government bodies, private consulting firms, academics and gender specialists to discuss Millennium Development Goal 3, “To promote gender equity and empower women, and the strategic priorities to achieve this by 2015, identified the U.N. Millennium Project’s Task Force on Education and Gender Equality.
